Bob Graham is a co-founder of BlackRidge and has served as its Chairman and CEO since its inception. Mr. Graham is a seasoned executive with broad business and entrepreneurial experience in the technology and services industry, from Fortune 500 firms to start-ups. He has an extensive background in venture capital, engineering, marketing, sales, and operations, along with living and working in non-English speaking environments, including Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Mr. Graham also worked as a technology analyst on the subjects of storage, networking, servers, and services.
Chief Technology Officer
John Hayes is a co-founder of BlackRidge and has served as its Chief Technology Officer since its inception. Mr. Hayes is a technology entrepreneur who specializes in cyber security, networking, I/O interface design, storage architecture, and communications protocols. He has a proven track record of bringing concepts to market and is able to clearly communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences. Mr. Hayes is skilled at finding creative solutions for technology and business challenges.
Chief Financial Officer
John Bluher is an attorney and specialist in financial management and operating growing early stage companies. He specializes in capital management, capitalization, structuring mergers and acquisitions, and valuations of public and private companies. Mr. Bluher has significant operating experience managing finance and budgeting and capital allocation models. He has 20 years of experience working or managing multiple departments in public companies and corporate governance. His experience also includes negotiating transactions and purchases, sales of assets and properties, creating value for growth companies and implementing corporate governance plans.
Senior Vice President Operations
Bruce Fingles heads Operations, Services and Program Management. A seasoned entrepreneur with a string of successful exits. Mr. Fingles has run infrastructure and operations groups for public and start-up security and data center companies. He was CIO and VP of Product Management at Xsigo Systems (Oracle) and CIO and SVP of Customer Services at Micromuse (IBM). Other start-ups include Recourse Technologies, IDS software (Symantec), and Oblix, Identity management security (Oracle). Mr. Fingles is the author of the novel Dillon’s Dilemma.
Head of World Wide Sales
Bill Joll is a high energy leader experienced in delivering results across all positions with diverse industry and functional expertise in both marketing and technology environments. He is the former CEO ISC8, President & COO QualMetrix, and he held executive positions at Akamai, Nortel, On2. Results include creating/building shareholder value and managing both large ($1B+) and small (less than $100M) P&Ls. He has lived and/or conducted business in all four geographies (North America, Europe, Asia and Latin America).
Senior Vice President Marketing and Strategy
Mike Miracle is a senior operations and marketing executive with extensive experience in networking, security, virtualization, and storage systems. He has built and led global marketing operations as the CMO for technology companies and consulted for and advised over 25 technology companies on strategy, operations, and M&A. Mr. Miracle led M&A, licensing and investments for VERITAS Software during it high growth years, and he has held senior technology management and software development positions at HP and Bell Labs.
Senior Vice President and General Manager of Cyber Physical Systems
Michael Murray leads the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and Industrial Control Systems (ICS) ecosystem business. Mr. Murray served as General Manager Industrial Sensing Division at Analog Devices and most recently, led the strategy and development of TDK's Industrial Motion business. He has a successful pedigree in leading multinational hardware and software engineering teams and product marketing and sales organizations. He also has experience in multi-billion-dollar global mergers and acquisitions, and he cofounded Araflex, and integrated electronics company based in Canada.
Chief Technology Officer Commercial Markets
Tony Sager is a senior product development executive and CTO with extensive experience in communications, networking, virtualization, big data, and servers. He built and launched numerous new products and served in various CTO roles for networking product development, alliances and partnerships. At Brocade, he led the Business Development team for IBM and he was a Distinguished Architect. Mr. Sager held numerous positions at IBM as both a Distinguished Engineer and Director specializing in networking products, alliances and partnerships.
John J. Walsh
Chief Strategy and Technology Officer
John Walsh leads new business initiatives for BlackRidge, including protecting SCADA and IIoT environments, as well as supporting our government business development. Mr. Walsh is an intra/entrepreneurial executive and visionary leader with strengths in formulating and executing strategies to transform, turn around, reposition, and grow businesses, and a proven ability in developing and leading high performance winning teams. Mr. Walsh's expertise includes global business leadership, high tech and operations, managing rapid growth, changing environments, business development, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and establishing greenfield offshore operation.
Chief Information Security Officer
Brian Wilcox serves as Chief Information Security Officer for BlackRidvge. Mr. Wilcox came to BlackRidge from the public sector after serving as the State of Nevada CISO. Mr. Wilcox's private sector focus has been in the fields of information security, medical devices, software, digital forensics, community development, and management consulting. His experiences span multiple business disciplines in Information Security, Engineering, Operations and Finance, with specialization in developing and/or leading world-class enterprise systems, programs, processes and organizations that promote security, human health, quality, analytics, human capital development, efficiency and fiscal responsibility.
